Construct the foundation according to the design drawings, ensuring accurate elevation and centerline alignment;
Install the columns and correct their verticality and spacing, then tighten the anchor bolts;
Install the windbreak and dust suppression mesh panels layer by layer from bottom to top, securing them to the columns with connectors, controlling the overlap width and panel seams;
After completion, inspect the fasteners, anti-corrosion coating, and overall flatness, and conduct regular inspections and maintenance.
