Galvanized perforated metal sheets are primarily made of galvanized steel sheets, including hot-dip galvanized, cold-dip galvanized, and electro-galvanized sheets. Stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and copper sheets are also commonly used as raw materials. Standard sizes are categorized by sheet form, mainly including coils and sheets.
Standard coil sizes are 1 meter wide and 20 meters long. Standard sheet sizes include 1 meter x 2 meters, with other common sizes being 1220 mm x 2440 mm and 1250 mm x 2500 mm. Custom processing is available upon request.
Common hole types include round holes, square holes, rectangular holes, diamond holes, hexagonal holes, cross holes, triangular holes, plum blossom holes, fish scale holes, and louvered holes. A wide range of hole diameters is available; the smallest perforated hole diameter is 0.5 mm, while standard hole diameters range from 0.5 mm to 200 mm.
The thickness of coils typically ranges from 0.2 mm to 1 mm. The thickness of sheet metal (flat panels) can range from 0.2 mm to 20 mm. The processing dimensions of a single sheet metal are usually limited to the product of width and length, i.e., width × length ≤ 1.5 m × 5 m.
